Niall has extensive experience at youth, collegiate and professional levels in both the USA and Ireland. His coaching career began in 2013 with the North Tipperary Schoolchildren Football League, where he led teams to notable successes, including the 2017 Mare Nostrum Cup Final and multiple national player selections.

Now the Director of Coaching at Bogue Banks Futbol Club, Niall is dedicated to building a thriving futbol culture in Eastern North Carolina and helping players of all ages reach their highest potential.

Jack Doyle
Academy Director/Head Coach

UEFA B Licensed Coach



Jack brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience from both England and abroad to his role as Academy Director and Head Coach at Bogue Banks FC. His early career highlights include playing in the FA Youth Cup at age 16 and making his FA Cup senior debut at 17. Over seven seasons, Jack competed at steps 6 and 7 of the English football pyramid before transitioning fully into coaching at age 24. Jack spent 11 years at FC United of Manchester, earning his UEFA coaching qualifications, and becoming the youngest ever manager/coach in the National League.  Jack is committed to creating a clear and inspiring player pathway at Bogue Banks FC!

Ajay Maduresh Sriram
Head Coach/Analyst

UEFA B Licensed Coach



Ajay joins Bogue Banks FC with a strong foundation in both academic and practical coaching excellence. He holds a UEFA B License and earned a Masters of Science in Sports Coaching and Performance, equipping him with cutting-edge coaching knowledge.  Taking on the role of Head Coach and Club Analyst, Ajay is thrilled to make the Bogue Banks area his home and we are thrilled to have him!

Dylan Parfinowski
Head Coach

Dylan brings a wealth of international coaching experience to BBFC, having developed players both in the US and the UK. A graduate of UCFB with a BA in Football Coaching and Management, Dylan has coached at Edinburgh South Community Football Club in Scotland and at Derby County Community Trust.  Dylan is passionate about creating a positive, competitive, and growth -focused environment where players can thrive both on and off the pitch.
Dylan will be taking the lead on our new Rising Stars Program

Ankit Nagar
Head Coach

UEFA C Licensed Coach



Ankit is a dynamic, energetic coach with over 8 years of experience across 3 continents, bringing a global perspective to player development at BBFC. Ankit holds a UEFA C License and a Master's in Sports Management from the University of Liverpool. Ankit began coaching in Mumbai with Navy School and Red Phoenix FC, before moving to Liverpool to join River Juniors, where he served as Head of Girls Football and Youth coach for boys.  As a player, Ankit represented youth sides of prominent professional clubs in India and competed in England to Step 7 level. His diverse experience and player-first philosophy make him a key part of BBFC's mission to develop well-rounded athletes both on and off the pitch.
