Bogue Banks Futbol Club is the premier youth futbol club serving the Crystal Coast community. We are dedicated to creating a positive, competitive, and development-driven environment where players of all abilities can grow on and off the field.
Our focus is simple: develop players, build character, and foster a lifelong love of the game. Through professionally licensed coaches, a structured training curriculum, and age-appropriate programming from U6 through U18, we provide athletes with the tools and support they need to reach their full potential.
From first touches to advanced competition, Bogue Banks FC offers a pathway for every player. Whether just starting out or competing at a high level, athletes benefit from an environment built on teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Niall connolly
UEFA A & Elite Youth A Licensed Coach
Niall has extensive experience at youth, collegiate and professional levels in both the USA and Ireland. His coaching career began in 2013 with the North Tipperary Schoolchildren Football League, where he led teams to notable successes, including the 2017 Mare Nostrum Cup Final and multiple national player selections.
Niall is dedicated to building a thriving futbol culture in Eastern North Carolina and helping players of all ages reach their highest potential.
Niall also joins the Kraken community this season, as an Assistant Coach for the Women’s Soccer Team at Carteret Community College.
Sarath Mohan
UEFA C Licensed Coach
Sarath is a passionate and dedicated coach with international experience across the United States and India, bringing a global perspective to player development. A SafeSport-certified coach, he has worked with leading programs in the USA including Albion SC, Liverpool International Academy, Everton Soccer Schools and multiple youth academies in India.
Currently coaching youth players in North Carolina, Sarath has experience working at competitive levels, focusing on technical development, game understanding, and building confident players.
His player-centered approach emphasizes being calm on the ball, decision-making, creativity and creating a positive environment where young athletes can grown both on and off the field.

Jack Doyle
UEFA B Licensed Coach
Jack brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience from both England and abroad to Bogue Banks FC. His early career highlights include playing in the FA Youth Cup at age 16 and making his FA senior debut at 17. Over seven seasons, Jack competed at steps 6 and 7 of the English football pyramid before transitioning fully into coach at age 24.
Jack spent 11 years at FC United of Manchester, earning his UEFA coaching qualifications, notably becoming the youngest ever manager/coach in the National League. Jack is committed to creating a clear and inspiring player pathway at Bogue Banks FC!
Ankit Nagar
UEFA C Licensed Coach
Ankit is a dynamic, energetic coach with over 8 years of experience across 3 continents, bringing a global perspective to player development at Bogue Banks FC. Ankit holds a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Liverpool. Ankit began coaching in Mumbai with Navy School and Red Phoenix FC, before moving to Liverpool to join River Juniors, where he served as Head of Girls Football and Youth coach for boys.
As a player, Ankit represented youth sides of prominent professional clubs in India and competed in England to Step 7 level. His diverse experience and player-first philosophy make him a key part of BBFC’s mission to develop well-rounded athletes both on and off the pitch.
Dylan Parfinowski
UEFA B Licensed Coach
Dylan brings a wealth of international coaching experience to Bogue Banks FC, having developed players in both the US and the UK. A graduate of UCFB with a BA in Football Coaching and Management, Dylan has coached at Edinburgh South Community Football Club and Derby County Community Trust, both in Scotland.
Dylan is passionate about creating a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment where players can thrive both on and off the pitch.
Ajay Maduresh
UEFA B Licensed Coach
Ajay is dynamic force, and is natural with kids of all ages. With extensive experience in India, England, and the United States, Ajay shares his passion for futbol with everyone he meets.
Ajay is currently our Director of Analysis and offers play a personalized development plan that includes a high level understanding of the game. Players are then able to take that analysis and apply it in game, giving them a rise above the competion.
